- Gates may be installed and locked provided key and or lock combination is provided to agent. Any such gate must accommodate additional locks so that the landowner, easement holders, and others with legal access may also access the property.
- No soil disturbance is allowed. No game food plots may be established without written consent of the agent.
- Conduct a map study prior to your reservation. For safety, all on your reservation/lease must familiarize themselves with the listing and the surrounding area.
- No ground fires.
- Do not block roads or trails when parking.
- Clean up after yourself and leave only your footprints. Please leave the property better than you found it, and if you do find any trash, please take it away with you.
- Leave all gates exactly as you find them both coming and going. If open, leave open. If locked and or latched, lock and or latch behind you exactly as you found them.
- Please do not field dress anything you harvest on the property.
- Please do not shoot anywhere around or toward the house.
- Please be EXTREMELY careful of the landowner's garden and please make sure you only park in the designated area
- Everyone on the lease MUST BE a member of Outdoor Access in good standing or a minor child under the supervision of a member. No more than two minor children per member.
- No subleasing or guiding allowed on the property. No Commercial Operations.
- No substituting members. The same members will be part of the lease for the duration of the lease.
- Land management activities take precedence over hunting and recreational activities. This is a license to hunt the property and only offers access to the land. Neither Outdoor Access nor the Landowner guarantee the condition of the property, or that land management activities such as forestry and agriculture WILL NOT occur during the license term.
- Temporary stands only. No nails or spikes may be driven into trees.
- No creating or cutting of new trails. Brush may be trimmed back along existing trails.
Note: housing lots border the property on some sides. Be especially mindful of your shot and what is behind it. Ensure your shots are safe ones.
