- Thoroughly research all laws and regulations pertaining to your intended use of the property before purchasing the lease. Make sure that the recreational activities you'd like to conduct there are allowed by law.
- Follow applicable laws and regulations.
- Sunday hunting is allowed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- No soil disturbance is allowed.
- Conduct a map study prior to your reservation. For safety, all on your reservation/lease must familiarize themselves with the listing and the surrounding area.
- No ground fires.
- Do not block roads or trails when parking.
- Campers must follow applicable Leave No Trace.
- Clean up after yourself and leave only your footprints.
- Contact the landowner prior to your reservation date so he can send you a map of the property including stands, plots, etc. Be careful of a rotted bridge on the property about 100 feet from the pond. Not advisable to put all of your weight on it.
