• Thoroughly research all laws and regulations pertaining to your intended use of the property before purchasing the lease. Make sure that the recreational activities you'd like to conduct there are allowed by law.
• Follow applicable laws and regulations.
• Double-check all regulations regarding elevation and permitted firearms in New Kent County. 
• Conduct a map study prior to your reservation. For safety, all on your reservation/lease must familiarize themselves with the listing and the surrounding area.
• No camp fires allowed at any time for any reason on the property.  
• Do not block roads or trails when parking.
• Campers must follow applicable Leave No Trace - carry out what you carry in. 
• Clean up after yourself and leave only your footprints. Do not leave any cigarette butts, wrappers, or any trash on the ground.
• Leave all gates exactly as you find them both coming and going. If open, leave open. If locked and or latched, lock and or latch behind you exactly as you found them.
• The landowner does not allow handguns on the property.
• Please refrain from field dressing on the property unless you receive verbal prior approval from the landowner. 
• All members must print out last "picture" to sign and bring with you while you are on the property (in addition to the Outdoor Access permission slip). 
• You will be provided the landowner's phone number 24hrs before your reservation begins.  Please call the landowner and tell them the vehicle you will be driving the day of the reservation. 
• Stands on the property are not currently safe for use.  If you choose to use any of the stands on the property, you do so at your own risk.  The ratchet straps need replacing. Member assumes all risk and must use safety harness if using any stands on the property.  

Note: Housing lots border the property on some sides. Be especially mindful of your shot and what is behind it. Ensure your shots are safe ones.
